It recently came to my attention that those of you who follow this crummy blog via sites like Feedburner are largely unaware that I write other places, such as FlamesNation and Puck Daddy. To rectify this, I will, in the future, put up a post here with a link to those sites so that you can continue to read my brilliant, insightful, oftentimes hilarious opinions on these sites with no fuss and only a minimal amount of muss.

Here, then, is my latest post at FlamesNation, regarding Miikka Kiprusoff and the upcoming season he will spend under more crushing pressure than the crew in Das Boot.

So this is happening soon.

So a giant ice storm has pretty much knocked out power for 600,000 people north of Boston. This, of course, includes me, because why wouldn’t it? They’re saying we may not have power until Monday, which is great news because I didn’t want heat or the ability to check my e-mail this weekend. I’d MUCH rather live like a pilgrim.

No Good night tonight due to my cable going out around 6pm or so. I feel much worse about this horrible turn of events than you do. Use the comments to vent your obvious and understandable frustration.

Go vote for Tim Thomas, ya humps.

As of my vote, he was first among Eastern Conference goalies with 614 votes, 254 ahead of Carey Price and way in front of the rest of the field.

I’m so pumped! Having the NHL Network is seriously the best.
